That's not a good reason, but you can't really force an OP to let you stay on the server because of it. If the OP is not the owner of the server, though, you can report him to who ever the owner actually is, and get them deOP/banned them self. Or, you could just join another server.

E-mail them, and tell them a sibling hacked your account, then. (Imagine if they were on this site, and saw that I told you to tell them that)
